The coronavirus has abruptly thrust millions of people into virtual work from the safety of home. For many, this is unfamiliar and uncomfortable territory. At Work on Purpose is hosting a series of webinars this month about HOW to work successfully in a virtual environment.

We’ll address operational, emotional and cultural considerations through an interactive format featuring experts in the design and deployment of virtual work.

In this three-session workshop, we’ll cover: 

• Tips for leading and managing your teams remotely
• Ways to help your team members stay connected and motivated
• Actionable strategies to help team members’ ability to thrive in a remote environment
