The overall purpose of this workshop is to help leaders develop a strong team that consistently exceeds expectations. The retreat will explore the daily leadership habits and proven tactics to sustain excellence on any team, and will focus on best practices that promote/sustain excellent team and organizational outcomes. The workshop will focus on: •The dynamics that cause employees to “quit and stay” (become disengaged and unproductive) •What leadership qualities and skills reverse that trend and cause employees to stay and thrive •How leaders can build on that momentum to thrive and sustain high performance The session will be highly interactive, fun, practical and actionable. It will include a “capstone” mini-project, focusing on a real issue in your organization (so that leaders walk out with the beginning of a plan of action). The workshop is designed to help any leader in any organization improve performance of his/her team. Cost for the full day is $325 for members ($650 for non-members).
