The Performance Excellence Network is pleased to announce a special half-day workshop the morning of January 23: “Lead Meetings People WANT to Attend.” The workshop will be facilitated by Gayle Noakes of Gayle Noakes Consulting LLC (and formerly Chief Learning Officer at CliftonLarsonAllen). The workshop will be hosted by Normandale Community College in Bloomington. 

What if YOU are the person who everyone says “I like going to their meetings – we actually accomplish something!” During this hands-on workshop, you will learn and apply simple, practical techniques that – when used consistently – will gain you this reputation.

• Set a meeting up for success 
• Conduct a meeting that accomplishes the intended results
