Keynote Overview:

Whether you are leading a team, building a business, negotiating with vendors, or making a sale… the level to success achieved will be determined by how well you maximize influence. Unlocking Influence begins with building trust. There are typically four criteria, or filters, we must pass in people's minds (whether consciously or subconsciously) in order to build trust and have influence with them. Some people pass certain filters more easily or more naturally than others. This teaching will help you discover which filters are naturally easier for you and provide insights for overcoming barriers to building trust. 

Stage 2 in the process of Maximizing Influence is breaking through Self-Preservation. Do you settle for simply being transactional or are you able to establish meaningful relationship and powerful influence? What causes you to stop at "transaction" and retreat from "relationship"?

Dr. Jeff Dorman brings 30-years of experience as an educator, speaker, and leadership consultant. His teaching shares powerful insights from psychology/sociology utilizing practical tools for personal and organizational leadership development.
