RealTime Talent was formed as a product of the Itasca Project research which identified a need for current workforce data to better inform solutions to close the workforce gaps. RealTime Talent’s Executive Director, Deb Broberg, and Erin Olson, Research Strategist presenting the current workforce supply and demand data along with an introduction to The Exchange - a ground-breaking solution for finding talent.
The session will conclude with a moderated panel discussion, led by Philomena Morrissey Satre of Land O’ Lakes, on implementing innovative recruiting practices to access new and diverse talent pools.
