Business owners often start their business with a vision of what their business will allow them to achieve in their personal lives. The day-to-day realities of running their business take over and they lose track of how their business should be aligned with achieving their personal vision of success.

My extensive experience in both Fortune 500 and start-up companies enables me to transform ideas into action in a wide range of businesses, including technology and healthcare. As an executive consultant and transformational business leader, I am known for a bias for action, with proven resilience in helping organizations to regroup and move forward in the wake of unexpected events. With experience leading in both transformational and turn-around situations, I identify high-level challenges and opportunities, using strategic systems thinking built on experiences that span business functions and industries.

I find the barriers to solving the knottiest of business problems are at their core, people problems. I focus on removing organizational barriers to collaboration, bridging people, technology, and business functions to smooth the path forward. I work to engage individuals and smaller teams into a larger one that shares a broader vision and mission. I am deeply vested in the development of people through formal and informal coaching, mentoring, and training. I believe in the philosophy of servant leadership and continue to work to become one.
