Rob Gales

Rob Gales, VERCOR Managing Director, brings a twenty year successful track record in investment banking and capital markets, as well as ten plus years of corporate and non profit restructuring and management.

Rob’s credentials include twelve years as a partner and operating committee member of an investment banking boutique; two years as a member of the Senior Management Group of a three firm investment bank merger; and the Director of Equity Capital Markets in a successful New York based investment bank turnaround. Rob, as CEO, also led the turnaround and ultimate strategic sale of a health care benefits administrator. Rob has been involved in numerous non profit boards and has also served on various NASD/FINRA industry boards and committees.

Rob brings a passion to drive entities to success, as he has done throughout his diverse career.

Rob is active in his church, and continues to serve on several nonprofit and for profit boards. He enjoys spending time at his Wisconsin cabin with his family.
