I am passionate about partnering and encouraging others toward heart renewal and servant leadership. With a deep understanding of human behavior, emotional and spiritual intelligence, and a fun spirit, I help leaders lead at work and home.

My heart lives with my family.

I enjoy the outdoors, cooking with my husband and family, gardening, hiking, running, crafting, reading, writing, and various other activities and hobbies, especially exercising my mind, body, and spirit- being intentional about deepening my own wellbeing.
