Welcome to Faith and Work Unleashed!

In order to see transformation in our communities and in our world, churches, marketplace professionals and students must begin to think about work and faith in strategic new ways. 

The interconnection of the two is a Biblical idea that holds the key to powerful and innovative expressions of the Kingdom of God at work in our world. Join us on Tuesday, January 28th at Hope Community Church in Minneapolis, MN.

Featured Speakers:

Dr. Charlie Self : Dr. Self serves as director of learning communities at Made to Flourish bringing leadership resourcing to pastors and churches. He is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. He has served as an associate and senior pastor in several congregations in California, Oregon, and Washington, D.C. and has served as an interim pastor five times. 

He currently serves as professor of church history at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri, where he teaches courses in apologetics, church history, mission history, leadership development, and discipleship.

Dr. Self is co-developer of Discipleship Dynamics, a new research-based tool for churches and individuals to assess the effectiveness of their discipleship programs.

He is the author of three books: The Divine Dance, The Power of Faithful Focus, and his most recent work with The Acton Institute, Flourishing Churches and Communities: A Pentecostal Primer on Faith, Work and Economics for Spirit-Empowered Discipleship.


Bill Bojan: Bill is the Founder and CEO of Integrated Governance Solutions, with a distinguished 25-year career in the governance fields of board operations, risk management, risk-based internal auditing, ethics and social responsibility.

Having also served as a Fortune 20 Chief Risk Officer, Bill leveraged his expertise to found IGS and build the frameworks and methodology behind the Solomon365 solutions. Considered a national expert in the areas of implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) systems and risk-based internal audit programs, he continues to strengthen the Solomon365 solutions as well as oversee both IGS and Solomon365’s ongoing mission and strategy.

Bill first started to prove that establishing Integrative Governance can have tangible benefits in 2008. As a new board member at a well-known but financially challenged non-profit, he inspired a governance, leadership and cultural turnaround. Bill was recognized five years after his approach helped transform their near extinction into becoming a $30M healthy and growing organization serving five times the number of clients.


Kurt W: Kurt has 28 years of Business for Transformation (B4T) experience in former communist/communist/Muslim/Buddhist Central and Southeast Asia in food production, business consulting, medical projects, food safety, starting and developing English centers, advising governments on policy, remediation of environmental toxins. He holds MBA, Masters in Theological Studies, Certificate from Institute of Biblical Counseling and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. Kurt is trained as a Naval Flight Officer, Navy Diver, Military Parachutist, Operator for Oceanographic Systems and Radio Communications.
