Learn how to protect your estate from Probate (hint: having a Will doesn’t do it) and how to ensure that your assets will pass quickly and easily to your children, heirs and charities. Topics of discussion will include the difference between Wills and Trusts, Power of Attorney, Health Care Directives and Probate avoidance.
