About Daniel Ghinn

Daniel Ghinn is Founder and CEO of CREATION.co, a consultancy providing insights-led strategy to some of the world’s largest corporations and organizations in healthcare; and Founder of Worship.Works, which supports Christians to develop a ministry career in any field of work. After starting his career in technology and healthcare market research, Daniel established CREATION.co in 1998 as a pioneer of Internet technologies, and the company was soon working with major clients in healthcare. 

He has led the company’s growth and development as a niche provider of unique insights on the perspectives of online healthcare professionals, with a focus on using innovation to address specific opportunities and challenges. Daniel founded Worship.Works in 2004, initially to bring together and support Christians in business. He later led the development of a curriculum of teaching and resource programmes, using biblical principles to bring the power of the Church to any workplace setting. 

In recent years, Daniel has pioneered the Worship.Works Graduate Programme which supports university graduates with a full-time programme of biblical teaching and practical business skills training as they launch their career. Daniel and his wife, Jo, live in England, UK, and they have three grown-up children
