The current environment demands organizational agility: setting plans and budgets in the face of increasing uncertainty, having the flexibility to reset priorities and shift resources to more important or urgent needs. None of us have that proverbial crystal ball, and it appears that uncertainty will last for a while. So what are some emerging good practices to help leaders plan and manage in continuing uncertain times?
The Performance Excellence Network — in partnership with the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce — is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, January 7: “Planning and Navigating in Uncertain Times.” The discussion will feature three speakers, each exploring different approach(es) to help leaders and professionals with more rapid planning, shifting, and maneuvering in today’s environment.
Each presentation will be approximately 15 minutes (our version of a TedTalk!), followed by facilitated Q&A and discussion of all three speakers at the end of the session. The speakers include:
This session will use Zoom MEETING (so that we can network, connect with each other). We will also open the line 15 minutes early for informal “mingling” and speed networking, just like we’d have in a normal breakfast discussion format! So come a few minutes early if you want to network.
