Dustin is an Independent Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker with The John Maxwell Team, aspiring author, husband, father, and follower of Jesus Christ. 

I was first introduced to a book by John Maxwell called “Leading from the Lockers” in High School. In 2012, I became a Founding and Certified Member of the John Maxwell Team. I was trained in coaching, speaking, and leadership by John Maxwell and his staff. 

For eight years I was the children's pastor at Prairie Heights Community Church in Fargo, ND. My job was to provide world-class environments for children to learn about faith and build friendships. My responsibility grew from overseeing 60 children and 30 volunteers in 2009 to over 400 children, 225 volunteers (including 16 volunteer leaders I recruited), and 3 staff in 2017.

In fall of 2018, I became a Campus Director of a daycare in Fargo, ND. I began overseeing 3 daycare centers with 90 children and 30 staff. It became 4 centers with 118 children and over 40 staff when I left in January 2020. My responsibilities included: leading a management team of four Site Leaders, addressing parent concerns, hiring, firing, and scheduling staff, and assisting in planning two all company staff workshop days.

My family and I moved to Woodbury, MN in 2020 to be closer to family and to pursue the opportunity to work with small businesses in the Twin Cities.
