Why We Exist: The mission of the CBB is to Connect, Encourage, and Equip Christian business people in the marketplace. 

What We Do: Four speakers will each bring 12-minute TED Talk style presentations on relevant and contemporary business and leadership topics, relating them to key themes in God's Word. A hot breakfast is provided with your ticket purchase, in addition to networking opportunities. This event is open to the public with free parking.

DR. STEPHEN CRAWFORD - President and Executive Coach | Experience Leadership 

Dr. Stephen Crawford excels at business through leadership excellence; understanding that leadership is a process of making sound decisions, cultivating people, and nurturing their environment. He understands the need for business owners to create a vision and build a culture that inspires and engages others to get results. Stephen graduated from North Central University with a degree in Urban Studies, he received a Master of Divinity and a doctorate in Emerging Leadership from Bethel University. He is a certified business coach and corporate trainer with ActionCOACH and the John Maxwell Team.He resides in the Twin Cities with his wife Tiffany, daughter Chloe & Son Caleb. 

ERIK NORMAN - SVP Sales and Marketing | Bolger 

Erik is a husband and father of three daughters who has enjoyed a career leading companies and teams both in the USA and Internationally. He is currently Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Bolger, Inc. a national leading print and marketing services company located in Minneapolis MN. Erik is known as both an authentic and entrepreneurial influencer and growth strategist leading companies to pivot, transform and change to gain traction for growth. He is passionate about being a positive change catalyst who helps people and organizations bring ideas into action for improved performance. He is a graduate of Indiana University and currently resides in Edina, MN. 

ANDREA HUBERTY - Client Insights Sr. Analyst | IRB 

Andrea has provided key growth analysis and innovative solutions for clients including Kemps, Snyder’s-Lance, and Hormel that have led to maximizing sales revenue in highly saturated markets. With an MBA from Florida International University in hand, she performs best when tasked with translating sizable data points to meaningful answers for clients. As you can imagine, this often requires sophisticated communication skills, high level collaboration, and commitment to the details. In addition, she’s passionate about health and wellness. Originally from Venezuela, her and her husband Matt live with their German Shepard, Kuma, in Alebertville, MN.
